Vegas – Part 5 – Le Reve

So, where did we leave off? Check out this post to see the beginning of our last day in Vegas!

So after we had a drink at Dick’s, thought it would be a great idea to check out the Minus 5 Ice Bar we had seen on our first day in Vegas.

I was disappointed we couldn’t take phones or cameras inside because I wanted more pictures of the bar made of ice. After we put everything in a locker, we put on our super warm fake fur coats and hats. I went with the polar bear option. We had to return the coats at the end but got to keep the hats as a part of the package Ryan paid for. The package also included 2 (very strong) drinks. I could not finish both though.

It wasn’t too cold in there with the coats on but was still a cool experience. It was much smaller on the inside than we expected but it wasn’t too crowded and you don’t really stay in there a long time so it wasn’t bad.

After chilling out (see what I did there?) I hung out with a transformer. He also let me hold his gun. I thought he would be taller…

Then we spent the rest of our evening at one of the coolest shows I have ever seen, Le Reve. My uncle had seen the show years ago and recommended it highly. I knew it was a water show but I wasn’t sure what to expect.

The venue was super small so every seat had an amazing view. We were only 4 rows away from the center of the stage, that was actually a pool containing a million gallons of water.

The center of the pool held a stage that transformed into all kinds of platforms during the show. It was incredible! le reve le reve

The show is a beautiful love story filled with lots of action! le reve le reve le reve le reve le reve le reve le reveIt was absolutely amazing. If you go to Vegas, you need to see this one! It was magical.

After the show, we headed back to our room to hit the sack.

Sunday morning, we got up and Ryan played in the casino a bit while I packed. Then we headed to the airport. The Vegas airport had a California Pizza Kitchen so we hit it up for lunch and then made our way back home!

It was an awesome trip and I can’t wait to go back!
